How We Work With Our Partners
Education is absolutely fundamental to how we work with partner and resellers. We don’t just sell you some discs and license keys and a few manuals. We train our partners, not only on the software and its use and application, but also on the business of digital signage and what we believe to be the keys to getting it right and maintaining that success.
We educate on best practices, and how CoolSign fits into those best practices. We conduct multi-day training sessions where we take new members of the extended CoolSign team through all aspects of the application, as well as the good, bad and ugly of digital signage. Our “students” leave these sessions equipped with skill-set and knowledge to be effective participants in the digital signage marketplace.
Training does not stop with those sessions, as we believe in continuous learning – particularly in a marketplace evolving so rapidly. We train and retrain. We provide the support and ideas our partners need. And we help with the marketing materials and other documentation that will ensure the right message and proposition is getting out there.
In short, we enable our reseller to sell, and then get out of their way when they don’t need us. We are committed to being easy to do business with.
