The CoolSign Product Suite
CoolSign Servers
The core of any CoolSign network. Available in various sizes to fit the needs of networks from small to large, the CoolSign Server software acts as the main repository for all network data and controls the actions of all other devices on the network. There is always one and only one CoolSign Server per network.
CoolSign Transfer Servers and Site Controllers are the key to scalability. As networks scale, it is generally optimal to have the ability to have intermediate servers to act as caching and redistribution nodes for downstream content and schedules and as aggregation points for upstream log and monitoring information. CoolSign supports n-tier architectures, meaning that these products can be combined as needed to optimize network efficiency.
CoolSign Manager
The user’s primary window into controlling, managing, and monitoring the activities of a CoolSign network. CoolSign Manager’s core functions:
- Import and manage CoolSign content;

- Create and populate dynamic data tables to provide rich data sources for dynamic content;
- Remotely configure and monitor many aspects of your network including status, bandwidth usage, play history, and security settings.

By centrally ingesting the data, it can be monitored, secured, and given controlled lifespan. Data is automatically distributed by your CoolSign network, so no need to punch holes in your firewalls for each player trying to fetch the data itself. Easily access these data sources and more:

Software as a Service – SaaS
Software as a service is another way by which CoolSign can be acquired. As opposed to traditional purchase of a perpetual software license upfront, SaaS offers customers the ability to essentially “rent” the software. As with our other offerings, SaaS is available through select reseller partners who work with end users to make the most suitable, flexible arrangements on how the software is hosted and managed. As opposed to our competitors, who lock you into both their software AND service, CoolSign is pleased to have multiple partners to choose your SaaS service from. This gives you the ability to find the choice best suited to you in terms of pricing, support, geography, etc. As always, we strive to be easy to do business with.
